Route was founded in 2000. We publish short fiction, novels, cultural non-fiction and performance poetry titles. Our principle commitment is to authentic stories and good writing. We publish stories in print, audio and digital forms, creating books one way or another.
Route is supported by Arts Council England and is a member of the Independent Publishers Guild
Route’s trade distributer in the UK is Central Books and in North America Dufour Editions. Route’s fiction and poetry titles are repped by Inpress.
