Delivery Information

We endeavour to dispatch orders for book within 1-3 days of of receiving payment. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched. If customers have any special delivery needs, ie gifts, birthday presents etc, that need to be dispatched by certain dates, customers are encouraged to contact us by email in advance of making their order. Note: unforeseen factors can disrupt our delivery process and we therefore only guarantee that all products will be dispatched within 21 days of receiving payment for the order. If there is likely to be a delay, we will post a status update here.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery please wait 21 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

EU customers will currently face import duties and taxes on goods shipped from the UK. It is possible for us to offer a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option for some countries, which means we can pay the duties up front. This will reduce the duty charges (often half the standard cost), plus it will speed up the shipping process as there will be no delays due to the package awaiting customs clearence. To take advantage of this, upon completion of an order, customers may request to upgrade their shipment from standard shipping terms to Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) by emailing us within 24 hours of making the order. We will send on details of how to pay upfront. (We may also contact customers directly to offer this service.) If the customer does not explicitly elect the DDP option within the specified timeframe, the shipment will default to Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). In such cases, the customer remains solely responsible for all standard import duties, taxes, and local clearance fees upon arrival.
